Motion approved to alternate Awards event between Lunch and Dinner, beginning 2026.

Education Committee reported August 20 Seminar with VAR Legal Team on Legal Updates and Contracts.

Building & Grounds is receiving quotes for gutter guards and replacement flooring in the front offices. Motion was made to accept the second estimate for the gutters and the flooring will be on the Agenda for the May meeting.

DEI is planning a July 24 Session with Rockbridge Highlands REALTORS Association.

New members: Tracy Geminden and Kristopher Bigos-KW Commonwealth; Sarah Breeden-Long & Foster and Jack Barber with Old Dominion Realty.
