Minutes February Meeting, approved March 21

New credit card policy was approved.

MLS: Motion approved to require availability to show of not more than 72 hours from listing.

Motion was approved that all listings have a SentriLock box with keys and no papers. No combo boxes placed by the listing agent except for foreclosures.

Education has set all seminars for the year.

New Showing Service by SentriLock will be available by March.

Trade Show will be April 24 with a Carnival theme.

GAAR members will be attending the Day on the Hill in Richmond next week.

New Members: Michele Slowey-Michele Slowey(Firm); Chris Tolbert-eXp Realty; Kristy Roadcap-Avenue Realty; Myra Beams and Steven Beams-Long & Foster.

Bylaws were reviewed with no changes.
